Set Up Your Contact Form

article header
If someone wants to ask a question, book you, buy from you, or work with you, they should not have to search for a way to contact you.
A simple contact form can help you collect the right information and keep business messages organized.
Choose where the form will live

Pick the page or tool you will use.

Your form can live on your website, landing page, link-in-bio page, or a form tool like Google Forms, Typeform, Tally, or your website builder.
Ask for basic contact details

Collect the information you need to reply.

Include fields like name, email, phone number if needed, and a message box.
Ask what they need help with

Let people explain why they are reaching out.

Add a question like “What can I help you with?” or “What are you interested in?”
Write a simple thank-you message

Tell people what happens after they submit.

Add a message like “Thank you. I’ll get back to you soon.” If you have a response time, include it.
Send a test message

Make sure the form works.

Fill out the form yourself and check that you receive the message in the right inbox.
