Send a Launch Email

A launch email helps you tell people what is new and why it matters. It does not need to be long. It should be clear, warm, and easy to act on.
Write like you are talking to a person, not a crowd.
Write the subject line
Tell people what the email is about.
Keep it simple. Examples: “It’s here,” “Now available,” “You can book now,” or “A new offer from me.”
Introduce the launch
Say what is new.
In the first few lines, explain what you are launching and who it is for.
Explain why it helps
Share the benefit.
Tell people what the offer helps them do, feel, solve, or create.
Add the link
Check the email before sending.
Send it to yourself first. Check the link, formatting, spelling, and mobile view.
