You do not need a big list to start. You just need a clear reason for people to join.

You can use Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Flodesk, Klaviyo, Squarespace, Shopify, or another email tool.
Create a signup form
Make a place where people can join.
Ask for the person’s name and email. Keep the form simple.
Write why people should join
Give people a clear reason.
Tell them what they will receive, like updates, tips, early access, discounts, or launch news.
Add the form to your link or website
Make the signup easy to find.
Put the form on your website, link-in-bio page, landing page, or social profile.
Send a welcome email
Thank people for joining.
Write a short email that says hello, explains what to expect, and gives them one helpful next step.
